Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping with Rosemate Luxury Perfumes. This information is for our refund policy. Our Refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You know that no one purchases used item. It must also be in the original packaging. To confirm this , you need to provide our team with a 360 degree unboxing video made at the time of opening the box delivered by courier partner. You can send us that video on our email rosematecosmetics@gmail.com. The video should be very clear and taken from all sides so our team can observe any damage to the product or if product is faulty. Faulty product is considered when the spray pump of the perfume bottle is not working or any such physically defective piece . Refund is only granted when the product delivered is damaged or not in working condition. So we insist you to check the fragrance description of our product before you place your valuable order so that you select fragrance of your liking.

If the product is not delivered to you, wait for some time and contact our customer care team on the customer care email : rosematecosmetics@gmail.com. Our team will do needful for the same but have some patience. Your delivery is our priority.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Administrative expenses will be deducted including the 2.5% payment gateway charges in prepaid orders. Refund in case of cash on delivery will be made to account provided by the customer however the shipping charges will be deducted. Order cancellation is possible only before dispatch. Once courier is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. However you can wish to not accept the courier from delivery partner. In that case your refund will be processed upon receipt of our unused product from courier company and shipping charges will be deducted as courier company does not give refund to us.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to company address displayed on our website.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping any incurred to company will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Products

If you are not happy with our product you can always exchange it with another product but the original product delivered to you must be unused and must be in same company packaging as you know that no one purchases a used or tempered product. We accept exchange/return request only after examining the product with a detailed unboxing 360 degree video that you need to provide us on rosematecosmetics@gmail.com before placing request for exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Whatever cost of shipping extra for exchange/return will be borne by the customer placing the exhcange request.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
